Customer Review: adequate but could be better

In general I like Gardena products and this one works well anough, I have three complaints though 1)picture shown is not what you get, the black coupler is missing 2)the head can be set to four different angles none of wich is the one I would most often use, strait foreward 3)no direct way to communicate, Amazons' return policy only frustrates, I just need someone to send me the part, don't mind paying. But aside from these three things the Gardena 3232 cutting head is an interesting tool, works good on small stuff (1/2") and is decently made.
